The Team

Ed Cartledge
Head of Production | Managing Director

Ed Cartledge has been working professionally as a filmmaker since 2003 and specializes as a producer/director of documentaries. He is also a skilled camera operator, editor, assistant director and writer.

Dave Holloway
Creative and Technical Assistant

Dave is an experienced filmmaker and technician and is working with Sort Of...Films on a part-time contract, providing creative input, technical and logistical support.

Beth Goddard
Youth Engagement Project Worker

Beth has worked extensively with young people in a wide variety of sectors including youth service, secondary schools, colleges, universities, independent learning environments such as community groups, summer schools and youth festivals. She has a passion for the empowerment and development of young people and all of the projects she has programmed or delivered have been young person focused in both their planning and delivery.

Richard Keenan

Richard has a strong academic background and extensive experience in marketing, design and photography. Richard also runs the Environment Room, with whom Sort Of...Films co-managed Reduction Festival.
